Plan change and existing number

I’m on a pay monthly sim only deal and would like to change my plan to a different sim only monthly. Will my number transfer to the new sim ?

When selecting Plan Change or Upgrade through your iD app, your number will remain the same.

You will receive a new sim, however, you can carry on using your existing sim card. Feel free to message us for any issues you may have.
