Please I need some help. I am in this forever spinning wheel. My mum does not remember or has never registered for online ID portal account and cant make changes. I assume that you cant speak to anyone in person. I cant create her an account use the birth year and mobile number and she does no know her 4 digit pin when calling ID from her mobile.Â

So I am stuck. I am trying to increase or change her data plan but I really don’t no how to do it if I cant log in or register an/or use the automated phone services.Â
