PLEASE HELP - Mothers Account

Please I need some help. I am in this forever spinning wheel. My mum does not remember or has never registered for online ID portal account and cant make changes. I assume that you cant speak to anyone in person. I cant create her an account use the birth year and mobile number and she does no know her 4 digit pin when calling ID from her mobile. 

 

So I am stuck. I am trying to increase or change her data plan but I really don’t no how to do it if I cant log in or register an/or use the automated phone services.

Hi @Christian Duncan, what happens when your mother tries to register for an account here? It could be that your mother’s already registered, in which case, you can try the password reset feature instead.

Unfortunately, as you’re not the account holder, we won’t be able to assist directly. If your mother has Facebook or Twitter, she can contact us there. Alternatively, she can use the Live Chat service.
