Prepaid sim not working

Hello, 

 

I bought a £20 unlimited sim from Curry’s and registered an ID account but it’s showing no bundles or services. 
 

I have tried using it for calls but I receive an automated response saying ‘I’m currently unable to make any calls as I’ve reached my capped limit’ and asks me to buy a package on the app.

 

Can someone help with this please?

I have the same issue. No service or bundle shows up even after my number was successfully ported after three working days. My account shows zero balance from the pre paid sim that came bundled with data, text, and calls.

Oh, Live  Chat informed me Friday that my balance for the prepaid bundle would activate once my number was ported. Did not happen. My number was ported by 6pm tonight and now nearly 9pm no service.
