My account with you was set up on 12th July 2019, it expires on 11July 2021. My first question is...am I correct in assuming that I will have payed for my mobile phone by then, and I will see a considerable reduction in my monthly payment? If that is the case I want to continue my account, but change it to a ‘pay as you go’ account. You can see by my record over the past two years that I do not make many phone calls each month, and therefore it makes sense to reduce my bill accordingly. I want to be able to pay a nominal amount at the beginning, and be able to top up my account as and when I need to.
