Purchased PAYG Bundle now showing

Hi All

I’ve just purchased an £8 bundle for my phone but it isn’t showing on my account/phone, yet it has been taken out of my bank account.

I’ve just tried again and it’s actually taken for two £8 bundles  instead of one.

can you help as I am unable to use my phone.
