How do I purchase a ID pay as you go SIM on my ID account and email address for a relative and top up as and when required?

You can order an iD PAYG plan from https://www.idmobile.co.uk/shop/plans/pay-as-you-go/sim-only.
They should also be available in-store from Currys or Carphone Warehouse.
Once you’ve got your new iD Mobile PAYG SIM card, you can setup an account/register using the online page at https://my.idmobile.co.uk/web/cpw/pre-registration/-/registration/registerMyAccount.
