Hello,
I have tried unsuccessfully to contact ID mobile by phone and live chat but no luck in speaking to a real live human being.
I received a final demand notice for what i can only assume is an old pay as you go phone that hasn’t been used for months. I also have an account for my daughters phone which I pay monthly ddebit for and payment has not fallen behind.
What can i do, there is no one to speak to. I do not understand why I have had a final demand, I have had no other correspondence and it was a pay as you go contract. When i phone up and put in the old number it tells me this number doesn’t exist.
There is no one I can talk to.
