receving calls

My partner has just changed to ID on a pay as you go.

I register her onto her mobile ID app tonight and transferred her number over.

But still can't receive calls from out with the ID network.

I suggest removing the full-name, email address and mobile number from this public forum, which anyone on the Internet can read.

If you gave the PAC, for your partner’s number to iD before 5pm today, the number will be transferred tomorrow by 10pm.

If you submitted this PAC after 5pm, the number will be transferred on Thursday by 10pm.

There could be several hours between the old provider deactivating her old SIM and the number becoming active on her iD SIM.
