I have bought the plan this month 1 week ago or something. It’s the £6 plan. However, I have been charged £4.73 extra? I have not used the SIM at all?

I want to cancel the plan and get my refund. How do I do this process??

How does the extra charge appear on your bill?

So how would I get a refund?

After clicking on cancelling the plan, I received a message on my normal texts format and in that message it says the bill is £10.74. So that is extra £4.73 on top of the £6. I just put the SIM in and this happened???

I want a full refund.
