SIM delivery

SIM card has not arrived but have had emails about account and billing. SIM was ordered on the 7th, and hadn’t expected to wait over a week. Should I wait or request a new one to be sent via tracked post?

(I haven’t had any delays with any other Royal Mail deliveries this last month)

We are sorry to hear your sim card has still not arrived. If you had ordered the sim on 7th the sim should have been with you by now. We will send you a Private Message so we can look into this.
