SIM delivery

SIM card has not arrived but have had emails about account and billing. SIM was ordered on the 7th, and hadn’t expected to wait over a week. Should I wait or request a new one to be sent via tracked post?

(I haven’t had any delays with any other Royal Mail deliveries this last month)

I am stil waiting for my sim since 28th May i have received my phone number and order confirmation but still not received the sim

SIM cards will be sent via Royal Mail. Ifyou have ordered a contract with a phone delivery will be via DPD.
