SIM only upgrade

Userlevel 1

I upgraded my SIM only contract and it is all working and showing on the app.

So why have I been sent another SIM card in the post ?

Hi @Stardust 

When upgrading your sim, we always send out another sim. However, you can carry on using your old sim (with the new tariff) and keep of the new sim you have received somewhere safe.
