I have recently brought a new phone and moved to ID mobile and I have used a PAC code to port my existing number to the new contract.
I got a text from ID to say it had gone through and the port was successful. However since this whenever I send a text message, the text will say ‘can’t be delivered’ on my side but the recipient will receive the message 3 times! It’s so annoying and stops me having conversations.
I can’t speak to anyone at ID, please can someone advise how to fix this issue.
