transaction number

I cannot find a transaction numberĀ  for my sim only plan. I have received the sim in the green envelope and also a letter confirming my direct debit plan. There is no transaction number on them only reference numbers and user service numbers. I have a pac code from my old network but cannot use it until i have the transaction number..You have closed my old pay monthly plan.

Please can you follow the below steps to transfer your number over:

Ā 

Step 1. Log in
Log in to your app or ā€˜My Accountā€™.

Step 2. Go to services
Log in to your app or ā€˜My Accountā€™. Click ā€˜Servicesā€™ at the bottom of your app screen or ā€˜My Servicesā€™ on the left of your ā€˜My Accountā€™ homepage.

Step 3. Go to ā€˜Keep my numberā€™
Select 'Transfer my number' in the ā€˜Keep my numberā€™ section of the app.

Step 4. Enter your PAC and Submit
Enter the mobile number that you want to keep using, and your PAC code. Then press 'Submit'.

Thatā€™s all there is to it. Your number should be transferred within 1-2 working days, depending on the time of day you submitted your request. If it was after 5.30pm, it takes 2 working days.
