Transfer my old number to iDmobile

Hi,
I am trying to switch(port) my number from Vodafone to iDmobile. I received a text message iDmobile ran into issue because I might have provided an incorrect iD mobile number, last name or transaction number and was asked me to contact customer services with a link provided.
Please can you let me know how to resubmit the requested
