I’m overseas so any roaming calls I recieve are using up my cap amount (£25). I had a call today that used up £20 of my cap amount so have paid £20 into my account with a credit card in the hope of crediting it and resetting my cap amount in case I get more calls tomorrow. My credit payment is showing in my account but the cap is still showing only £5 of the total £25 available… why ?

It’s a monthly cap, so it resets on a monthly basis. It won’t go back down to £0.00 used until next month.
