I wanted one of your £8 a month SIM cards. I ended up ordering two because the email I received wanted me to confirm that I had applied through a link to get my free Amazon voucher. Nothing had come out of my bank on Monday evening. On Tuesday (yesterday) I received two separate sets of emails, and it sounds like I have now (accidentally) ordered two SIMS instead of one

The “How do I cancel or return my order?” community article tells you what to do.
Unfortunately the iD online community isn’t real-time, so it could be several days or longer before iD Mobile read your post.
If you’re after a quicker response, try and PM iD Mobile via their facebook or twitter social media pages, or use the iD Live Chat service.
It’s best to contact iD Mobile between 9am - 6pm - that way you can PM or chat with a real person.
