Unable to get final bill as can't login to account

I have cancelled this ID mobile number and need to login to get my bills. However when I try to reset my password I need a code which you say I should call you to obtain. When I call the number provided it tells me that all support is via this site.

Please advise how I proceed and get my login back to get my bills or send me copies of my bills.
