Unable to Upgrade to Phone contract

I was told by id mobile that i would be able to get a phone contract after paying a sim only deal for 3 months so i have done that and now when i tried to get a phone contact ive been denied and o want to know why

Hello @Tiegan18,

Did you purchase a brand new handset contract you mean or tried to upgrade your SIM only plan?

 

You can only upgrade to a handset contract from a 30-day SIMO after 6-months of being on it and with good payment history.

Upgrades don’t require a credit check.
