Why am I being charged when I haven't used my sim?

I ordered my sim card with the intention to start using it in December when my previous contract runs out. I haven’t even opened the sim card yet you’re billing me for a month? No. I haven’t started using it yet.

Hi @BuckyOHaire,

 

The agreement starts once you process it and we send out the SIM, not once the SIM has been used. That’s why you have been billed.
