Why have I been charged for a bundle?

Hi, I’ve been charged £8 (money was taken out) when it told me the purchase for a recurring bundle was unsuccessful five times. Why was I still charged for this? I checked my account and it doesn’t say anything about a recurring bundle being purchased. I bought £10 credit due to the £8 not working and now I’ve been charged £18 for both. I want a refund on the £8, thank you.
