2 sim cards and account received for 1 sim only contracts

I bought 1 sim only contract only to receive two different SIM cards with different mobile numbers. I have just received two direct debit set up letters for the two sims. I have tried getting this sorted on the live chat but it did not go anywhere. How can this be resolved as I will not be paying for two contracts I dont need.

Hi. I have exactly the same problem as @Stsenuokpor - 2 sim cards, 2 phone numbers etc but only need one account, which I have not yet activated.  Please help me to sort this out before I am billed twice. Thanks
