Charges have continued after SIM disconnected

Hi, My accounts team have been receiving and paying for a Sim that was cancelled in November '19, £13 p.m. , unaware that there was an issue. It came up in conversation today. Checking on the ID Mobile site, the number is not recognised as one of yours so you seem to have cancelled the line but continued the charging.

Hi @KenS,

 

That sounds odd. if you ported the number out, the line would disconnect automatically and payments would stop as a result.

 

Is it definitely appearing as iD Mobile on your bank statements?
