Can you help please I have done an up grade it has taken the 1p from my account I got the the processing your order screen but that is all, it’s now giving me the option to upgrade again on my if page can you help please

Have you ordered a phone that is due for release in the future? This may be why it is showing that option as the plan would start once it has been dispatched. You can contact our Live Chat Team here for help in the meantime.
