I am currently with ID mobile with my iPhone 5 since Jan 2017. I now wish to change to another network. How do I get my phone unlocked?

Have you tested another UK network sim inside the phone to see if this works? Since 2017, all iPhones we have sold are unlocked to all UK networks so we would just like you to test this on your end.
