Identity Fraud

Recently received two letters from carphone warehouse stating that two ID mobile contracts have been set up in my name. Carphone Warehouse are useless and have done nothing to rectify the issue. I have received multiple letters from other mobile service providers and they have all cancelled these fraudulent contracts. The ID accounts have now appeared on my credit file. I need these to be removed ASAP. Can anyone help?

I also have had a fraudulent account set up in my name. I have already contacted by bank to cancel the direct debit and set up a case with Action Fraud. Please can somebody from iD mobile contact me so I can sort this with yourselves.
