I have a sim card contact I have checked my last payment was on the 03/03 2021 and yet again I will be charge on the 31th of this month. 

Could you explain.

Why I am charging two times amonth

Hi @Joanneco1 

It sounds like you have your direct debit set to come out every 4 weeks. This can be changed through the direct debit settings through your iD Mobile app.
