New contract

I have made an order for IPhone 11 and I made a mistake on my email. I contacted ID and chat with tinto and was advised that they can't amand the email. 

So I don't know what to do since I'm not able to even register and get any mail from ID Mobile. 

Then I think I want to cancel the order please
