Right this is a ridiculously stupid question and sorry I’m new to contract 

 

But when paying my bill I had a mare and have paid 3 times 😂

will this money come of future bills as I’m now in credit?

Good afternoon 

my bill is due today. However I do not get paid for another week. I really need my phone to be active as I’m considered a vulnerable customer but also for general purposes. Please could I be allowed this extension and for the suspension to be lifted?

Oh dear! Not to worry, if you would like to leave any over payment on your account to cover future payments, it’s not a problem at all, unless a refund is requested, the funds will remain on the account until they are used up by your invoices.
