Hi. I have an old account that I owe money for.

I dont know the number or any of the account details for it. 

 

How do I go about contacting someone.

Hi Jane - Experiencing same issues as others in this thread - cancelled a direct debit for my mum as she does not use phone or account.

 

Unable to contact via phone as she does not know the number. 
 

she received a letter stating Final Demand notice - wish to pay and close this account as soon as possible as the customer service is shockingly bad.

please let me know how I can pay this bill for £8 and close this account.

We are sorry to hear this. Does the Mobile number not show on the final demand letter? If not, If you can get your mother to create a community account (just like you have) and message us, we will send her a Private Message to confirm her details and provide her with her Mobile number and how to pay this off.
