I think their telephone payment option is on 0800 049 0250.

Otherwise try the iD app or from your iD My Account online - good luck.

Hi @Ian Dennison, if you can’t pay online or through the app, you can make a manual payment by calling our dedicated payment line on 0333 003 0001.

You can also set up a Direct Debit through the app if you prefer the payments to be taken automatically.
