2 sim only plans

I recently took out a sim only plan (less than a month ago) and want to take another out. I tried doing so at a Carphone Warehouse store but got turned down on the credit check as the original was less than a month old !!!!!
The guy in store said it will probably be ok to try again when the first is more than 30 days old but didn't seem completely confident

I can wait until 30 days have passed but don't want to do that and get turned down again. ( I've never been turned away on a credit check before )
Any suggestions or definitive answers would be great

Hi @ingy,

I'm sorry to hear that! It's hard to say exactly how long to wait before trying again after this type of failure, and 30-days is sometimes fine, but I would probably recommend trying again after 60-days instead as any positive credit changes should definitely show by then.

I have a contract with you I have the A40 Samsung and its dual sim what network can I use for the 2nd sim? or does it have to have the 2nd sim deal with you ?

You can use any UK network SIM in the phone.

Our phones are unlocked to any UK network.
