Additional iD SIM ordered
Hey Guys ive already got an iD sim, which i pay £10 a month, just brought another sim which i now pay another £11 a month thought i was just upgradeing but its a new contract and a new number. How do i change it and just keep the £11 a month deal with my original number? Thank you Chris

It's not possible to port from one iD plan to another.
The only thing you can do is to carry out a plan change in the app for the old number you want to keep as most of our new plans are available on there.
Then request a disconnection of the new number you don't need.
