Additional information for phone contract

Hey everyone,

 

so I am trying to take out a phone contract as my current phone is still under my mums name. I received confirmation from carphone warehouse last night and today, I received an email that didn’t say that I was declined but that they needed additional information. I am going to ring tomorrow but just wanted to know if this is a bad sign - and what kind of information they would need. I thought I gave them everything important.

This usually means either the details on the order may need correcting, a payment declined or a credit check may have failed on the order and to contact us to discuss.
