Been charged for MMS but did not send any!

Hi,

Today I activated my ID Sim and have been notified that I have used up my £5 cap already! It says that I have been sending MMS but I haven’t sent any images or emojis. I did send a group text to 6 people to give them my new number, but this didn't even send, hence the confusion.

There is no way to email / call ID so it is really difficult to find a solution, confused as to how to query this??

Hello @sianallen0,

The group message might have triggered this as some phones convert this to MMS,  It may have sent a few of the texts but not all.

Another thing that can be a trigger is if a long SMS message was sent and the phone converted this to an MMS.

We can check the recent usage and provide any time-stamps if required?
