I am trying to change to a sim only contract while keeping my current phone, I realise now I should have just changed my plan but I clicked on Upgrade and got a new Sim. I tried to activate it but 24 hours later it hasn’t gone through My phone shows “emergency calls only”. can I cancel the new sim and just go back to the old one?
