Can I switch from Three to ID?

Three contracts and iD contracts are 2 seperate things.
Unfortunately it is not possible to transfer an existing contract with another provider.

There a 2 options i can suggest for you.

Both options you will need to contact Three via the phone on 333

First is to wait until your current contract with Three is over. This option is free but may take longer depending when your current contracts ends.

Your second option is to cancel your contract early. This is quicker but can be pricey, especially nearer the start of the contract.

With both options you will need to request a PAC code from Three that will expire within 30 days.
Within that period you should order a SIM/Phone plan, register an account with iD Mobile and go to the "Keep My Number" section. This is where you require your PAC code. Once you have submitted your PAC code it will take a couple days for your number to transfer.
