Can I Upgrade Early?

i have a pay monthly contract but the phone got dropped in swimming pool on holiday so now no phone but still paying.
Can I not upgrade early to a more expensive plan for a fee so I can get a new phone instead of paying a contract I can’t use?

You might not support early upgrades with fee but if he/she decides to cancel the contract pay the remainder off and go else where it's your company's loss .

We don't support early upgrades by paying a termination fee.

More specifically to "Check If I am eligible" which can be done in My Account or in the iD app (if you're able to access this from another device).
