Can I upgrade in a Carphone warehouse store?

im eligible for an upgrade on 9/10/18 I also go on holiday later that day and the current phone I have is not usable, would I be able to go down to a Carphone warehouse store and upgrade there?

you should be able to upgrade in your local Carphone Warehouse store, however, this would be dependant on the phone you choose being in stock.
