Can't see sim only upgrade option

I’m due for an upgrade on phone which is on ID network. When selecting the upgrade option through the ID app, it only shows options with mobiles only. I’m lookin for sim only option on the ID network. There are no filters selected and when I click on filters it doesn’t show ID network at all!

From the bootom of the page (site map), if I click the sim only menu and selct the desired option, it asks me to login again and orders a new sim instead of an upgrade. So frustrating. Can someone please help….

We are sorry to hear about this issue. How far are you away from the 24-month minimum term period ending?

Feel free to send us a screenshot of the options you have to so we can also see this issue.

Hi Ryan,

The contract expires on 10-Nov-20. I can see upgrads with mobile only options. I want to upgrade to a sim only option. Please see the screenshot.

Hi there @garry 

SIM-only options would become available to you once the current contract ends.

If you could check again come November 10th you’ll be able to make the switch to a SIM-only plan of your choosing there.
