Can you get the AirPod offer in an upgrade?

I’m just considering getting an upgrade when I saw that iD were doing an offer where AirPods come with select iPhone 7, 8 and XR plans. But then none of the deals come with AirPods when I go to choose an upgrade plan. However, when I’m not logged into my account, and just choosing a plan, offers for the AirPods appear. I was just wondering whether it was intentional that the offer is only for new customers or whether it was a mistake?

Hello @f.s.haynes,

 

The Air Pods are only available on select tariffs. If they’re not showing on the tariffs available to you on an upgrade, you would not be eligible for them.
