Hi, I'm trying to cancel my contract but it keeps taking me to a web page that is under construction, can anyone help with this?

Sorry to hear you are leaving us.

Have you tried to request a PAC via text?

You just need to text PAC and your date of birth in a format of DD/MM/YY to 65075 and you will receive your PAC Code within few minutes.

This can then be given to your new network.
