cancel my plan

Hello, I wanted to change my plan to sim only. I am out of contract and used the app to do this. However, it seems to have just kept my existing monthly contract and added on a sim only package on top! I can’t call anyone as all the call centres are closed and can’t find an contact email address. Anyone got any advice how I can get in touch with ID before I am charged twice!

It seems as though a new plan was purchased instead of a plan change. Please contact our Live Chat Team here between 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 6pm Saturday and Sunday so we can cancel the new plan and assist you with changing the plan on your current contract.
