Cancel Plan: Impossible

Impossible to cancel my mother in law’s plan with ID.  Not able to contact anyone via live chat, no direct number for customer services, no email, no access to ID mobile number or app to manage the account. Direct debit is cancelled and I have made final payment but no way of confirming the account is cancelled. Help!!

Hello @ACC,

We can’t speak to you to discuss her account to confirm this but she can contact us here via her own account and we can pick this up.

 

I would note that, cancelling the Direct Debit would not cancel the contract so final payment would be after the account has been fully disconnected and a final bill generated.

Until then any bills produced need to be paid to ensure no late payment marks are recorded.
