Cannot upgrade on the app

It says I'm recommended an upgrade on the app but when I get to the basket part it won't let me continue. This message shows: " 

These details can't be edited at this stage as we need to use the information currently held on your account for eligibility purposes.

Log in to the iD Mobile app or My Account online and head to ‘Edit my Profile’ to change your details. "

My details are correct and I went to edit the details and saved the same detail but it still shows me this message and won't let me continue
