Hi, I have just recieved my new contract phone from you (Iphone 11). I have two questions. I would like to change the date in which you take my money out of my bank account to the 1st of every month. Also. my dad use to be a customer with you and when he passed away I closed his account and transferred to another network. Recently, I transferred his number to my contract and since I have done that.. My signal hasn't been the same and when I send a text message it sends three times and then sometimes it says it's not delivered even tho it has. Is there anyway in which you could fix this? Thanks
