change plan upgrade

Hi I upgraded my plan today through the app and as I was in a rush I’m not sure which phone it has upgraded to and I never received an email Confirmation to check what it is that’s on the way . I’ve not been able to speak  to live chat as it just keeps saying “try again later “. Really I just wanted to know what it is that is on the way as I think I may need a more expensive plan and may need to change it if that is possible

Hi @Colly1993,

Has your app changed to show the new allowances yet and has a new phone arrived through the post? You can increase your plan through your account too, even after an upgrade and it can be done once every 30-days.
