Changing plan

I have just started a new 30 day sim only plan. I have already used all my data so want to upgrade to a different plan. When I try to change my plan in My Account it says there are no available plans. Any ideas how I can change this without closing 1 account and opening another?

Unfortunately you are not able to change your plan if you are with iD Mobile for less than 30 days. You will be able to do that right after first bill payment has been processed through direct debit. 


I can suggest maybe looking at purchasing an add-on instead  Here you can read more about add-ons and see all that are available.
