The minimum contract period for your 24‑month handset plan ends on 24 March 2021.
You currently pay £30.79 per month (excluding any additional usage charges).

After 24 March 2021, you’ll continue to pay this amount (subject to a possible annual RPI adjustment).

Now that your contract is ending, you could:

• Do nothing and keep your existing service for £30.79 per month;
• Sign up to a new contract with us; or,
• Switch to a different provider.
 

Remember, you could get a better deal as a new customer with another provider. You may also get a better deal if you purchase your mobile alongside other services, such as broadband, in a combined deal. 

A notice period may apply if you want to cancel your service or switch to a different provider, but you won’t pay any cancellation fees as your minimum contract period ended on 24 March 2021. To cancel or view your options, visit the iD Mobile app or My Account online.
