Chsnging SIM only plan

I’m on an ID 30 day rolling SIM only plan (for over a year) but want to change to a new ID SIM only plan.
 

Do I need to cancel my current ID plan and go through the process as a new customer? 
 

Or, can I select a plan and it’ll automatically adapt my existing account? If so, where on the app would I find this option?

Please note you can select a new plan. 

To do this, log in to your iD Mobile app or My Account online, go to 'My Account', and then scroll down to 'My Upgrade'.

All the SIM deals will also be listed.
